Memorizing scripture is not an easy discipline to maintain, and completing 25 verses in 25 days can certainly be a formidable challenge! For this reason, we are proud to recognize the following 80 individuals (excluding parents and Journey leaders) who have successfully met The Challenge and memorized the entire chapter of Colossians 3 in just threes and half weeks.
Let’s join together in congratulating them on this worthy accomplishment!

Alright I’m ready for the next one
I’m really fine with getting addicted to this. Good job everyone, and for Daniel Staddon we know this was probably like a walk in the park (congrats Daniel).

Dear JTTH Leaders,
Thank you for offering the verse challenge. It was a great blessing to our family. My daughter Carleigh (oldest child) had to enlist the assistance of her younger sister to help memorize. She developed a humble charater quality with her siblings, that had been missing. Thank you also, for the certificate, and the calendar. The incentives were the icing on an already great opportunity.

I just wanted to say thank you for hosting this challenge! I would especially like to send a thank you to each author that wrote a devotional which helped deepen the meaning of each verse that I memorized. When I first started the challenge, it seemed easy, but the real challenge began as the days went on and I had to keep previous verses fresh in my memory as I added new verses daily. As I neared the end of the month, I wasn’t sure if I could finish it in time and recite it perfectly. But God gave me courage, and my sister Sara helped me recite the passage many times toward the end. I was delighted when I was able to successfully recite all of Colossians 3 from memory without any mistakes on the evening of January 25th! Because I live in Bermuda, I had to wait a little longer to receive the calendar and certificate. To my great surprise, when it finally arrived there was a precious surprise inside -a new Bible inscribed with my name! This was the perfect gift and will be a treasure of mine for many years to come. Once again, I would like all the staff at Living the Journey for hosting this challenge and for the unexpected reward.
