Rebecca’s time alone with God each day was nourishing, but dry. She had heard about others who delighted in God’s Word and prayer like “peaches and cream,” but wasn’t really sure if she would ever feel that way. On her recent Journey to the Heart she experienced God’s presence and developed a greater delight in God’s Word than she ever had before. The important truths she discovered took her relationship with God to a whole new level.

Rebecca, that is amazing! glad to hear your experience on the journey. It’s true that sometimes our time with God seems and feels very dry, but sometimes that may just be a season, and thus preparing us to have an even greater delight in Him when we reach the streams of living water, as long as we do not faint. Gal 6:9.
I’ll pray that you will not faint and that He will refresh you daily in His Word in a living, vibrant way that you can experience Him everyday with great joy!
And it’s so true that God releases freedom in proportion to our honesty and willingness to open up to people and free share our struggles, sins, and problems. I’m learning to get excited about opportunities to do that even if I look like a fool, because who really cares about that, I want to remain free from sin and bondage, and better still, excel in freedom, and show others the Way!!
Keep in His Word, in read and deed.
God Bless you Rebecca!
